Baduglobal.com is an innovative online shopping platform that aims to make it as easy as possible for its customers to choose, purchase and return or exchange a product. For you, we have developed an easy method to return or exchange a purchased product within 14 days of receipt.

To return or replace a purchased product you must do the following:

-You will need to go to your personal profile on the platform of BADUGLOBAL.COM and follow the steps. Go to "My Orders" and then select the button ''Return''.

-The next step is to explain the reason for returning the selected product back to us.

-After you have filled in all the necessary information, you will be given a Returns form, with the right address where the good need to be returned to. Then you need to put the Returns form together with the products that you are returning, and send it to the exact address given on the form.

To be returned or replaced, each product must meet the following conditions:
- be in the same physical condition as when it was delivered and received. Products that are damaged in integrity, labeling, packaging and barcode will not be accepted.
- the product is returned within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the shipment, regardless of whether you are a natural or legal person.
- BADU Ltd. reserves the right not to accept a returned product if it is not able to meet these conditions.
